We we’re looking for a landscaping business who would take care of our small yard. All the big names wanted way too much money; they over promised and didn’t deliver. We reached out to Angi and they recommended a smaller local business, Golovin Property Services. David came out, looked at our yard and gave us a fair quote. When he came to do the job, he did what he promised and we’ve had him back regularly to keep our yard up and looking nice. I highly recommend this local business. You won’t be sorry. Great work for a great price. I needed my fence replaced due to moldy wood. I wasn’t sure who to go with but thankfully I chose right and I now have a great fence that definitely increases my home value.

I had a garden bed covered in Weeds that I could not get rid off. I called in David and he was able to get rid of it within a few hours. I was skeptical they would grow back within a week but they did such a great job I haven’t seen any new growth. 10/10 great work

I have been using Golovin Property Services for years. David, the owner, has been my go-to contractor for all my landscape and landscape maintenance needs. He mows and takes care of my property on a bi-weekly basis and always focuses on attention to detail producing quality efficiently.
